What type of materials do you machine?
We can machine most metals like steel, titanium and aluminum, as well as plastics.
What lead time can we expect with machining projects?
We work with you on a project by project basis to discuss your requirements, but can vary between a few days and a few weeks depending on complexity and quantity of parts.
How much will my components cost?
Cost can vary depending on complexity, material and tooling requirements. We price projects based on how much skilled time it takes to get from a part drawing to a physical part, material cost and machining time.
What do we need to provide to get a quotation?
Ideally an engineering drawing and a 3D model in STEP or IGES format will allow the most cost effective way for us to produce a quote. Providing us a 3D model will reduce the cost of projects significantly compared with a drawing only.
